Current Treatment Options in Cardiovascular Medicine
This journal aims to review the most important, recently published treatment-related advances in cardiovascular medicine. By providing clear, insightful, balanced contributions by international experts, the journal intends to elucidate novel approaches to treatment in those affected by the spectrum of cardiovascular-related diseases and conditions.
We accomplish this aim by appointing international authorities to serve as Section Editors in key subject areas, such as coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease and stroke, heart failure, pediatric and congenital heart disease, and valvular, myocardial, pericardial, and cardiopulmonary diseases. Section Editors, in turn, select topics for which leading experts contribute comprehensive review articles that emphasize new developments and recently published papers of major importance, highlighted by annotated reference lists. We also provide commentaries from well-known figures in the field, and an international Editorial Board reviews the annual table of contents, suggests articles of special interest to their country/region, and ensures that topics are current and include emerging research.

Cytotechnology
Cytotechnology incorporating Methods in Cell Science is an international journal covering up-to-date developments, methods and techniques in cell culture research involving in vitro systems, as well as the applications of that research in human and veterinary medicine, toxicology, animal and plant cell biotechnology. The aim is to centralize information on both the infrastructure of cell technology and the applied use of cell cultures and thus generate a better understanding of the many facets and disciplines needed to develop successful cell culture processes. Topics include the derivation, genetic modification and characterization of cell lines, cell culture techniques, cell culture systems, processes, reactors, scale-up, and industrial production, and the application of cells in a range of investigations, including application in gene therapy and tissue engineering. The journal publishes original papers, reviews, short communications, meeting reports and book reviews.

Dao: A Journal of Comparative Philosophy directly relates Chinese philosophy to other philosophical traditions, covering all subfields of philosophy. Most uniquely, Dao does not only focus on the comparison of Chinese and Western philosophy: it also publishes articles on the relation between Chinese philosophy and other Asian philosophies – such as Indian, Japanese, and Korean philosophy - and between Chinese philosophy and African and Islamic philosophy. Dao is thus a truly international and multicultural journal, which is also reflected by the various nationalities of the board members and the contributors to the journal. In addition to high-quality research articles on comparative philosophy and articles on its theories and methodologies, Dao also publishes book reviews in the area of Chinese and comparative philosophy.
