International Journal of Public Administration
IJPA is an international, research-driven, peer-reviewed, publication aimed at exploring the latest developments in public administration and management 8211; translating theory for practice and practice into theory. Our aim is to be truly global in scope, covering developed, emerging and transitional states and all areas of public activity. We welcome both individual country-based and especially comparative work. Our target audience is not just scholars, but also policy-makers and practitioners, including aspiring public sector leaders engaged in education and research in the growing global MPA community. We want to draw on the latest research 8211; whether carried out by scholars or practitioners or indeed collaborations. We aim 8211; and encourage 8211; the reporting of this research to be as clear and accessible as possible to the widest possible audience, whilst maintaining the necessary rigour and scholarly standards. IJPA will include not just cutting edge research, but also: feature interviews or opinion pieces from leading scholars and policy-makers; a resources section for scholars and practitioners; occasional symposia and debates; and themed issues of topics of special interest. If the article meets the general expectations of a scholarly article, it is usually sent out to two blind reviewers. Once your article is accepted, register or log-in to Wiley Author Services at www.wileyauthors.com

On your Author Dashboard in Author Services, click ‘Manage Article’ and select open access at no additional charge

Confirm the corresponding author(s) and responsible corresponding author – this person should be affiliated to UoM

Enter your funding information and confirm your UoM affiliation

Submit request for approval by clicking ‘Yes, make my article open access’

If you have a choice of Creative Commons license, the University encourages authors to select the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license. This may also be required by your funder.
How to access the agreement (open access journals)
During submission, identify UoM as your primary affiliation, and when asked how you will pay the OA charge, select ‘My institution has an agreement with Wiley’.
