Daedalus
Dædalus was founded in 1955 as the Journal of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and established as a quarterly in 1958. It continues the volume and numbering system of the Academy's Proceedings, which ceased publication under that title with Volume 85. Dædalus draws on the enormous intellectual capacity of the American Academy, whose Fellows are among the nation's most prominent thinkers in the arts, sciences, and the humanities, as well as the full range of professions and public life. Institutional Agreement
The University does not have an Open Access (OA) agreement with MDPI.
We have a prepayment account we use to pay Article Processing Charges (APC’s), which provides us with a 10% discount.
For us to pay an MDPI APC, authors need to request OA funding using our Open Access enquiry form.
As a fully OA publisher, MDPI journals are eligible for the use of our OA budgets. You can check your eligibility for these budgets in our Open Access funds available for University of Manchester researchers article.
